Our first goal is to clean up your diet and eliminate forms of chemical, emotional and physical stress. Month one is dedicated to making this happen. Even the best detoxification program is useless if we keep putting in bad after good. We have several videos to educate you on why it is imperative to make these changes as well as recommendations for exercise etc...By the end of month one you will understand what is driving most health problems and what must be done to move you towards health instead of away from it.
During month two fasting and supplementation protocols are chosen. We will educate you on the benefits of fasting and help you select an appropriate fast to begin with. Appropriate supplementation protocols tailored to you your specific needs will be selected. Nutrition will be recommended to help downregulate inflammation, open and support your body’s detoxification pathways and prepare your body for detoxification. We have several great videos explaining inflammatory cycles, hormone dysregulation, and great information on supplements and how fasting and proper supplementation will help not only repair but continue to support good cellular health and function. By the end of month two you will become well versed in what drives cellular toxicity and hormone dysregulation.
In month three you begin your body phase of detoxification. Protocols will be given to help the body rid itself of toxins driving inflammation, hormone dysregulation and autoimmune conditions. By this time most are already feeling better, losing weight and seeing a change in symptoms ranging from fatigue, weight loss resistance, high blood pressure, sleep disturbances, skin and hair problems and more. Great videos on autoimmunity as well as heavy metal toxicity, Biotoxins and gut issues, will bring a better understanding how these massive drivers of inflammation negatively affect the body and drive autoimmune conditions.
Through month four you will continue with your body phase of detox. A great video on type II diabetes will educate you on the main drivers of diabetes and dispel some common myths on how to approach the disease from a dietary standpoint.
During month five you will continue your last month of body detoxification. By now, if following the diet and protocols, your health progress should be coming along quite nicely. Continued weight loss and reduction of other undesirable symptoms should continue throughout the month. A great video on heart disease will explain why statin drugs pose a problem and what really matters when looking at your cholesterol. Diet variation will also be discussed and how you can live a little while still maintaining your health.
In month six you will begin your brain detox protocol. Different supplementation will be used to detox at the brain level pulling toxins and heavy metals driving inflammation which can affect hormone regulation, sleep and memory issues, brain fog and more. Brain detox can continue for months but we recommend a minimum of six. An informative video on neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s is presented which includes recommendations to follow that have shown great promise in combating these serious diseases which are on the uprise. By the end of this month you will the basic tools you need to take control of your health and maintain it.
