Return Policy
You may return unopened, unused, non-perishable products within 15 days minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.Unfortunately there are no refunds on products tried and not liked. There is just too much variation in people’s personal taste, and reactions based on their current state of health.
Please be advised: All sales are final and non-refundable on Systemic Formulas supplements. All sales are final and non-refundable on liquid nutritional products, probiotics and any perishable products such as protein bars etc.
If you were inadvertently shipped the wrong product through the fault of DrSteveHarrison.com LLC, we will ship you the correct product at our cost upon notification. We request that the wrongly shipped product simply be returned and we will provide a shipping label at no cost to you. For qualified returns contact us via email to obtain a RMA# (return of merchandise authorization number) to insure you get proper credit.We will credit you for that item once it is received.
Ordering Policy
Orders are typically processed and shipped immediately on all purchases unless the item is back ordered. Orders may arrive in one box or multiple boxes depending on the size of your order, product size and product availability.
If an item you have requested is back ordered we will notify you and you will have the option to remove this item from your order, cancel your order, or wait on the item to be shipped when it becomes available.There is no additional charge for products shipped separately.
If you made an error when ordering please email us immediately so that we can attempt to correct the order before it goes out. Please note that this is difficult due to the orders being processed and shipped so quickly. If we don’t catch it in time, our standard return policy will apply.
Orders should be received no later than 7-10 business days unless back ordered. You should receive an email with a tracking number for orders processed and shipped. If you haven’t received an email with a tracking number please check your spam folder for this email. If it isn’t there please contact us by email or phone to resolve any delays in shipping.
Shipping Policy
If all items ordered are available they are typically shipped in one box. If two boxes are needed due to items being back ordered or products coming from two separate companies’, additional or separate shipping charges may apply.
We will disclose those charges at that time and you will have the option to accept the charges and complete the order or cancel the order.Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Currently we only ship in the continental United States.
Pricing Policy
DrSteveHarrison.com LLC makes every effort to keep all product information and pricing up to date on our website, however some vendors will make changes in their product description and or pricing without our knowledge. If we have listed in error product information you may return the product for a full refund.DrSteveHarrison.com has the right to cancel or refuse any order on a product listed at the wrong price. In the event of the refusal or cancellation of an order you will be notified. If the order has already been processed and your credit card charged you will immediately be issued a refund back to your credit card the amount of the incorrectly charged price.
Please allow three business days for this credit to appear on your statement. In the event that a credit has not appeared on your account in three business days please contact us by phone or email first to make sure that the credit was processed properly before contacting your credit card company. Most often it is something that can be rectified quickly over the phone.
